Our Story

Since 1938, Nanu Group has endeavoured to carve a name for itself into Goa’s business landscape. Its commitment to care for its clients has strengthened with each project and new division within the company.

Over the years, Nanu Group has diversified into civil construction, real estate, hotels, industries, electricals and plantations, taking its core ideologies of transparency, quality, reliability and customer service to every new division.

Under its real estate arm, its Sapana brand has strengthened relationships with clients across Goa, building homes that have brought their dreams to life. Now, its premium brand Nanu raises the bar in luxury living, offering every family the experience of a lifetime.

With nearly a hundred projects completed in various cities, towns and villages across Goa, the company has solidified its presence among home buyers as a brand that looks after them at every step of the way. All projects are built in-house, with the support of ancillary businesses including production of construction material, to ensure each customer enjoys only the absolute best.

Our ethos of building long-lasting homes and trusted client relationships begins and ends with ensuring quality at every step of the way.

Margao is Goa’s commercial capital. The south Goa city features stately colonial homes, impressive churches, the state’s biggest sports stadium and a popular cultural centre. Its markets and shops are a treasure trove of interesting objects.
The famous fishing village of old is now a bustling centre of recreational living. Filled with restaurants and dotted with heritage churches, the beachside town in south Goa is an exciting place to explore without the crowds of metropolitan cities.
Majorda is one of south Goa’s famous beachside villages. Its pristine setting, charming aura and abundant greenery have made it a hotspot for world-famous luxury resorts. Evening strolls along winding village roads and the smell of freshly baked bread are part of life here.
Located in the south, Benaulim boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in Goa, inviting endangered turtles on rare, quiet occasions. It is blessed with green and gold rice fields, picturesque homes and pretty chapels.
White virginal sands mark Utorda beach, where the quiet shores stretch for miles. Adventure activities abound here, but Utorda is also interesting for those who enjoy architectural heritage and cultural sites in close proximity.
Known for its gorgeous sunsets and hub of watersports activities, Betalbatim in south Goa is the beach lover’s dream. It is ideal for photography enthusiasts as every village road offers something picturesque, while hidden restaurant gems are just waiting to be discovered.
As Goa’s capital city, Panjim is charming, vibrant and accessible. It offers the perfect mix of culture, heritage and modernity, straddled by a beach on one side and a river on another. Its old Latin Quarter is a tourist hotspot but there are many other landmarks worth exploring.
From a satellite town in north Goa, Porvorim has developed into Goa’s centre for executive and legislative functioning. It houses the state’s largest shopping centre, numerous residential colonies, and a wide variety of educational and medical facilities.
Stronger with Sustainability
Green Projects

Nanu cares about the environment as much as it cares about you. We built the first green building in Goa – Sapana City, Margao – in 2011. This 280-unit project was the first in south Goa and the second in the state to receive a Patinum certification from the Indian Green Building Council.

We inject each of our projects with an eco-friendly perspective, to reduce our footprint and promise clients a greener and brighter future with Nanu.
